多孔介质金属泡沫的渗透率研究

摘    要:基于真实金属泡沫内部结构的特征,建立了与真实多孔介质形态相近的十四面体模型及相对应的代表性单元体。采用分形理论得到真实多孔介质的孔隙率和渗透率,由十四面体的结构特征得到了相应的孔隙率和渗透率,根据流动一致性原理,确定十四面体模型的结构参数。通过十四面体的结构特征得到渗透率的表达式,并且将模型渗透率的计算结果和现有的实验数据进行对比,结果存在良好的一致性,说明渗透率表达式的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the internal structural characteristics of real metal foams,established was a tetrakaidecahedron model similar to the morphology of a real porous medium and a corresponding representative unit body.The fractal theory was used to obtain the porosity and permeability rates of the real porous medium and those of the tetrakaidecahedron according to the structural characteristics.According to the flow consistency theory,the structural parameters of the tetrakaidecahedron model were determined.Consequently,a formula for calculating the permeability rates was obtained from the structural characteristics of the tetrakaidecahedron and the results of the permeability rates calculated by using the model were compared with the currently available test data.It has been found that they are in good agreement,indicating that the expression formula for calculating permeability rates is effective.
