摘    要:选用核壳包覆WC-Co粉末与团聚烧结钴碳化钨粉末进行物理性能对比,采用等离子喷涂系统制备涂层。通过SEM、显微硬度和化学成分等分析手段,检测两种涂层的性能。结果表明核壳包覆WC-Co粉末有效减少喷涂过程中碳的烧损,同比减少失碳量21.8%,涂层相对致密均匀,孔隙率小于5%;粉末沉积率高于团聚烧结WC-Co,达到52.2%,显微硬度873.6HV0.2,明显高于团聚烧结WC-Co 637.3HV_(0.2)。

Abstract:The plasma coating effects were compared using cobalt coated spherical tungsten carbideand aggregation sintering cobalt-tungsten carbide composite. Scanning electron microscope, microhardness, and chemical component analysis were employed to characterize the coating properties. The results show that the burnt loss decreases 21.8% when the cobalt coated tungsten carbide using as precursor. The coat is uniform and compact with porosity less than 5%. Powder deposition rate is as high as 52.2%, which is much higher than that of aggregation sintering cobalt-tungsten carbide composite. Microhardness is 873.6HV0.2, which is higher than that ofaggregation sintering cobalt-tungsten carbide composite,637.3HV0.2.
