| Abstract: | "Separation of power plant & power grid and competitive price on network" has put the hydro development companies into severe competition.How to survive and develop in a state of competition is to study and draw up strategic mission,target and strategic planning of the enterprise,and to organize implementation.Combined with hydropower development,the enterprise strategy has been discussed for hydro development company in catchment area. |
