催化裂化轻汽油醚化工艺的技术进展

摘    要:对近年来国内外典型的催化裂化轻汽油醚化工艺进行了综述。重点介绍了Neste公司的NExTAME工艺,其特点是采用精馏塔和侧线反应器;Snamprogetti公司的DET工艺,主要特点是采用由甲基叔戊基醚合成、骨架异构化和烷烃分离组成的组合工艺;CDTECH公司的CDEthers工艺和UOP公司的Ethermax工艺均采用了催化精馏技术;抚顺石化公司、兰州石化公司和齐鲁石化公司的催化裂化轻汽油醚化工艺,其中兰州石化公司和齐鲁石化公司分别开发了催化精馏工艺。催化精馏技术是催化裂化轻汽油醚化工艺的发展方向。

Abstract:Current typical etherification processes of fluidized catalytic cracking(FCC)light gasoline in home and abroad were introduced. The discussion focused on following processes: Neste's NExTAME process featured in integration of distillation column with a side-stream reactor,Snamprogetti's DET process featured in combination of tertiary amyl methyl ether synthesis, olefin skeletal isomerization and paraffin separation.
