摘    要:弹簧作为常用件,被广泛的应用于机械装置、机电产品,而现行的使用CAD软件对压并、磨平弹簧进行设计和三维建模时,存在三维模型生成不准确,弹簧丝展开长度和自由高度难以准确预算等问题,通过对SolidWorks中螺旋线参数进行设定,生成精确的弹簧参数化模型,利用测量功能,可以得到准确的弹簧丝展开长度和自由高度,可以为后续的计算机辅助分析和弹簧的制造提供准确的基础模型和数据,大幅度提高设计效率和质量。IIIIII
