斜齿轮参数化设计系统开发

摘    要:采用UG自带的二次开发工具UG/Open,结合标准斜齿轮的设计流程,开发了一种基于程序的斜齿轮参数化设计系统。首先运用Visual C++中的MFC类库设计系统数据库的界面,使用COM组件完成访问和修改数据库中的设计参数,并通过UG/Open API将得到的参数回传给主程序,然后调用UG/Open Grip编写的斜齿轮参数化设计程序,最终实现了标准渐开线斜齿轮的精确建模;该系统实现了知识重用,提高了斜齿轮三维数字模型的造型精度和设计效率,创建的模型能够很好的满足后续的CAE分析的要求。
