楔横轧加工铝合金内部损伤的研究

摘    要:目前优质钢的楔横轧加工方面的研究已经成熟,但铝合金的楔横轧研究很少。使用韧性破坏准则对楔横轧铝合金的内部损伤进行了研究,得到了各个工艺参数对轧件内部损伤的影响规律:最大损伤量随加工温度的升高而下降;随轧辊转速的升高而升高;随模具的展宽角、成形角、断面收缩率的增大而减小。结论对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:At present it is familiar with high-quality steel on cross wedge rolling,but the study for aluminum alloy on cross wedge rolling is rarely.By using ductile failure criterion,the internal damage of a-luminum alloy on cross wedge rolling was studied and the impact of various process parameters upon the internal damage was obtained as following :The max internal damage shall decrease with increasing of pro-cessing temperature and increasing of forming angle,stretching angle,reduction of area;but increase with ...
