高灵敏度深小孔压电钻削测力仪的研制

摘    要:研制了用于测量深小孔钻削加工的高灵敏度压电式动态测力仪。通过分析深小孔钻削加工的特点,明确了该条件下测力仪应具备的高灵敏度等性能。为了使测力仪具有高灵敏度的性能,从传感器测力原理及测力仪的结构等方面进行了详细论述。讨论了两种扭矩测量方法,分别设计了最简捷的测力仪结构形式,进行了相应的实验,对结果进行了比较和分析。静、动态标定结果证明,双传感器分布结构的测力仪灵敏度高,动态性能、精度等均达到规定标准。在此基础上,分别进行了测力仪灵敏度一致性实验和实际钻削加工验证测试,测量结果表明,在测力仪的测试区域内均可准确、可靠地测量出深小孔钻削力。
