基于模糊分类的炭制品X图像的缺陷识别研究

摘    要:在炭素制品的缺陷检测中,通过炭素制品的X射线图像对其缺陷进行分类是一个比较困难的问题,为解决这一问题,设计了模糊分类识别器。首先选择从缺陷特征中优化提取的参数作为分类器的输入,由于得到的优化参数空间尺度分布大,且数量级不一,通过建立数学模型,对参数在空间尺度进行处理,使参数分布更加集中,然后计算各样本间的相似度,进而确定分类的阈值,最后通过决策算法对炭素制品X射线图像中的缺陷进行分类,从而实现对炭素制品缺陷的分类识别。
