织物组织对圆环仿形机织物剪切变形的影响

利用仿形织造技术织造圆环仿形织物，采用的是长短纬等纬密的织造方法，在普通的织机上织造，并且采用圆锥台型卷取轴，导致在卷取过程中织物纬纱发生剪切变形．采用平纹和斜纹两种组织进行圆环织物织造．对比两种组织对织物纬纱剪切变形的影响可发现，采用斜纹组织的圆环仿形织物较平纹柔软，纬纱在卷取时更容易发生变形，所以斜纹组织的圆环织物纬密更加均匀，织物更加平整．

Effects of Weave Structure on Shear Deformation of Annular Shaped Woven Fabric
