| Abstract: | By combining the application prospects of the modltled plastics ana the aevelopment trenus of replace of steel with plastic and replace of heavy with light in the automotive industry, the latest research results of five kinds of materials such as polypropylene （PP）, nylon （PA）, polycarbonate （PC）, polyphenylene oxide （PPO） and polyoxymethylene （POM）, as well as the latest application status of them in automotive parts are reviewed. The technique development trends and industry application trends of the modified plastics are discussed. |
