GK-350D在超柔软聚氨酯泡沫中的应用

摘    要:分别采用在发泡配方中添加物理发泡剂MC、降低异氰酸酯指数、使用特殊结构的聚醚多元醇GK–350D来制备超柔软泡沫,通过比较这3种方法的发泡性能和制得的泡沫的物理机械性能,并考虑环保、实际生产的可操作性等因素,认为在配方中加入不同量的GK–350D这种方法较好,可得到不同硬度的超柔软泡沫。该方法不仅环保、使用方便,且所得泡沫手感非常好。

Abstract:The super-soft foams were prepared by adding physical blowing agent of dichloromethane (MC) in the foaming formulation, lowering isocyanate index, using the polyether polyol GK-350D with special structure respectively. By comparison of the foaming properties of such three methods and the physical mechanical properties of the obtained foams, as well as considering the factors such as environmental protection, operability in the actual production, and so on, it is considered that the method of adding different amounts of GK-350D in the formulations is better. The super-soft foams with different hardness can be obtained by this method. This method is eco-friendly and easy to use, and the prepared foams have excellent handle.
