现场施焊钛设备裂纹成因及质量控制研究

摘    要:结合近几年现场试验与施工实践,着重分析研究了制作安装钛设备(工业纯钛)的焊接裂纹与形成机理(有些值得探讨的创新内容),以及防止与消除其缺陷、优化制造施焊质量的工艺措施。为提高焊接一次合格率及返修成功率,还总结出若干条注意事项。

Abstract:Combining with the experiences of site operation in these years, lays emphasis on analyzing the welding cracks caused during manufacturing and installing titanium equipments and their forming mechanism, the measures of preventing and eliminating the flaws, increasing the welding quality, etc.. Some matters need attention are also summed up in this paper to raise the primary percent of pass and success rate of repair.
