基于ATM网络的电力通信监控系统设计与实现

为管理和应用好省级干线通信网络，为电力系统的安全、可靠运行提供有力的支持，文章结合湖北电力通信网的组网特点，提出了利用现有ATM网络的基础，建设电力通信网综合监控系统，并详细论述了基于ATM网络的电力通信网监控系统的设计思想和系统特点，该方案在湖北电力通信网监控系统的建设中得以应用。从目前运行情况来看，基本实现了设计的目标。
