| 摘 要： | 通过对洁净工程机电安装项目施工阶段风险因素进行识别和归类整理,建立了项目施工阶段风险的结构体系,利用层次分析法建立风险层次结构、判断矩阵,来对风险进行分析、排序,从而达到有区别地管理风险的目的,并制订出需要重点监控的风险的应对措施。

| Abstract: | The paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to establish the risk hierarchy structure, the judgment matrix to analyze and order these risks, by identifying and filing the risk factors in the construction stage of electromechanical installation program in cleaning project, so as to manage the risks and make out the measures to supervise the risks. |
