摘    要:大扰动后高、低压电网动态响应具有强相关性.通过对低压电网动态行为实行同步监测,不仅可掌握配电系统的详细动态,也能在一定程度上实现主网的动态监测.基于此,提出了轻型同步相量测量单元(PMU Light)与轻型广域测量系统(WAMS Light)的概念,对低压电网进行同步监测,并辅以一定的信号处理手段,实现本地及部分全局动态行为的同时监测.以PMU Light为测量手段,建成了国内首套WAMS Light,涵盖六大区域电网,记录了大量就地扰动和大扰动后电网的响应数据.目前,该系统已成为中国高校及科研院所开放获取电网动态响应实测数据的直接平台.WAMS Light成本低、安装方便、便于广泛布置,将其与常规广域测量系统相配合,可建立涵盖高、低压电网的全景式同步监测系统.

Abstract:There is a strong degree of correlation between the dynamic responses of low-voltage grid and high-voltage grid after large disturbances. By monitoring low-voltage grid synchronously, not only it is possible to fully capture the dynamic behaviors of the distribution network, but also the dynamics of the major network can be captured to some extent. The concepts of phasor measurement unit light (PMU Light) and wide-area measurement system light (WAMS Light) are proposed, to achieve synchronized monitoring of the low-voltage grid. Supplemented with a definite signal processing means, WAMS Light is able to monitor the local dynamics and part of the global dynamics at once. With PMUs Light deployed at several universities in China, which cover six large regional power grids, the first domestic set of WAMS Light has been accomplished, which has recorded a large amount of local dynamics and response data at different monitoring spots. The set of WAMS Light has become a direct platform for universities and research institutes to obtain dynamic response measurement data of power grid. It has broad application prospects in wide-ranging areas for its extremely low cost of convenient deployment at different places. In collaboration with the traditional WAMS, it is used with ease to build a panoramic synchronized dynamic monitoring system covering both the low-voltage grid and high-voltage grid.
