摘    要:从组织细化处理、热处理工艺、多元共渗处理及模具使用机制对模具使用寿命的影响作了深入分析。结果表明, 适量细化处理剂能改善材料的强韧性, 合理的热处理工艺有利于延长模具寿命, 多元共渗的效果优于三元共渗或离子渗氮处理, 科学的使用机制可以提高模具寿命。

Abstract:About improving H13 steel die life, it was analyzed from structure refinement, heat treatment processing, multi-element penetrating treatment and using mechanism. It turned out that proper refinement additive can improve the strength and toughness of H13 steel. The proper heat treatment is propitious to the mould life. The effect of multi-elements penetrating is better than three-element penetrating or nitrogen treatment and the scientific using mechanism is also important to mould life.
