络筒的气圈和张力

摘    要:从数学上证明上端固定、下端作圆周运动的弦振动会形成驻波。在络筒工程中,一定条件下纱从管纱上退绕,会形成多节气圈,它是一种旋转的驻波。用此理论计算络筒的初始张力,比其它公式要好,而且可完美在解释气圈现象。文中还指出,对气圈形状、节数和张力的研究应该以弦振动理论为基础。

Abstract:In winding, when the yarn is unwinding from the cop under certain conditions it may form multi-sections balloon. The balloon is the rotational standing wave according to the string vibration theory. Applying this theory, the calculation of the yarn initial tension in winding is more correct than others, and the winding balloon phenomenon may be explained perfectly. It has been proved mathematically that the string vibration will form standing waves if its upper end is fixed while the lower end moves round a circle. In this paper, the authors point out that the study of the shapes, sections and tension of unwinding balloon in winding must be based upon the theory of string vibration.
