定量浇注系统的设计和过程控制方法研究

摘    要:结合生产实际需求,用实验方法研究定量浇注系统设计和定量浇注过程控制中的一些技术问题:气动比例控制定量浇注系统的设计和典型控制元件的性能实验;炉压脉宽调制(PWM)控制的实验研究;细长浇注管路对定量浇注精度的影响;定时控制方法的实验研究;液位反馈控制方法的实验研究;定量浇注系统的其它功能实验。实验结果表明,定量浇注系统的设计是合理、可行的。控制方法研究所得到的几个结论对定量浇注过程的自动化设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Combined with the practical requirements in production, some technological problems in the design of quantitative casting system and the control of quantitative casting process have been researched by experimental methods: the design of the system based on pneumatic proportional control technology and performance tests of some typical elements; the experimental researches about pulse-width modulation (PWM) control of furnace pressure; the influences of long and thin casting pipe on the quantitative casting precision; experimental researches of timing control method; the experimental researches of liquid-position feedback control method and other function tests of the system. The experimental results indicate that the design of the system is reasonable and feasible. The conclusions obtained from the research of the control method have certain referential value to the automation design of quantitative casting process.
