摘    要:为提高固体火箭发动机取样的生产效率和安全性,研制一套固体火箭发动机数控取样系统.以某发动机燃烧室为研究对象,基于外形尺寸检测的铣削进给补偿技术和基于多参数耦合的切断取样技术,获得外壁铣削、敏感材料切断的安全操作方法.结合自动控制技术,对现有的取样工艺流程进行优化改进,提出安全防护措施并进行实验验证.结果表明:该系统满足各项具体技术指标,能够实现固体火箭发动机数控安全取样.

Abstract:In order to improve the sampling efficiency and safety of solid rocket motor, a numerical control samplingsystem for solid rocket motor was developed. Taking an engine combustor as the research object, the safe operationmethods of outer wall milling and sensitive material cutting are obtained by the key technologies of milling feedcompensation based on contour dimension detection and cutting sampling based on multi-parameter coupling. Combinedwith the automatic control technology, the existing sampling process is optimized and improved, and the safety protectionmeasures are put forward, and the experimental verification is carried out. The results show that the system satisfies thespecific technical indexes and can realize numerical control safety sampling of solid rocket motor.
