摘    要:目前,水轮机调速器电液随动系统还存在抗油污能力差,系统结构复杂,体积大,标准化及集成度不高,可靠性较低等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种新型电液随动系统,该系统元件主要由电-机械转换器,先导阀级,位移-力变换机构和液压放大器4部分组分,具有抗油污能力强,结构简单,工作可靠等特点,采用了这种电液随动系统的调速器现场运行效果良好,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:At present, the electrohydraulic follow up system of the speed governor of turbine is poor in anti oil pollutant capability, complex in its structure, large in volume, low in standardization and integrated degree, and poor in its reliability. For this reason, a new electrohydraulic follow up system is put forward. This system is composed of electric mechanical transducer, pre guide valve level, displacement force transducer and hydraulic amplifier. It has the advantages of strong anti oil pollutant capability, simple structure, and reliable operation. The in situ operation effectiveness of the speed governor with such electrohydraulic follow up system is good so that it is worth popularizing and applying.
