笔记本电脑纸浆模塑缓冲包装设计及测试

摘    要:叙述了纸浆模塑制品的性质及笔记本电脑的缓冲包装的要求,以HP 13.3寸笔记本电脑为模型,用Pro/E 软件设计出一种新型的两头折叠式方案,并通过跌落试验进行缓冲性能测试.测试结果表明:该衬垫具有良好的缓冲性能.

Abstract:The properties and structural design demand of molded pulp for notebook were introduced.As the example of HP 13.3 Notebook,a new structure of pulp cushions was designed by Pro/E and produced.Drop tests were carried out to evaluate the cushioning capability of these molded pulps.The results showed that the cushioning performance is very good.
