| 摘 要： | 传统的产品设计过程是客户需求、功能需求、设计参数和过程变量之间的迭代映射过程.提出了一种新的基于创造性模板的机械产品改进设计方法.该方法在对机械产品自身包含的信息进行分析之后,建立了以内部信息和外部信息为基础的模板信息;应用创造性模板方法对模板信息进行处理,从而产生新的产品方案.

| Abstract: | Traditional product design is a iterative mapping process which is among customer needs, function needs, design parameter and process variable. Based on creativity templates, a new products improvement design method was put forward. In this method, following the analysis on mechanical product self-contained information, the information model is built up, founded on internal information and external information. Then creativity templates are used to process information and the new product solution is consequently created. |
