红外模拟探测器研究初探

摘    要:论述了HgCdTe材料红外模拟探测器研制的必要性,研究了红外模拟探测器需要具有的主要功能并详细讨论了其四种工作模式.提出了以ARM+FPGA为主处理芯片的红外模拟探测器硬件架构.同时理论推导表明单一网络信号的完整性问题可以避免,系统的低噪声设计也可以实现.最后指出了红外模拟探测器的发展前景和需要解决的关键问题.

Abstract:The necessary of study for IR dummy detector on HgCdTe was discussed. The master function and four working modes were produced. Also the hardware framework of IR dummy detector was designed based on the ICs ARM and FPGA. The theory derivation demonstrates that the integrity problem of single signal could be averted. The low noise design of the system could be achieved. Finally the foreground of IR dummy detector and pivotal problems need to be solved were produced.
