摘    要:无取向硅钢在粗轧过程中具有不同于普通钢的头部翘曲现象。分析了影响无取向硅钢板坯头部翘曲的可能性因素,指出相变是导致无取向硅钢粗轧过程中翘头规律异于普通钢的根本原因。利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机得到Fe-1.6%Si无取向硅钢的温度-变形抗力曲线,分析了相变对变形抗力的影响,提出了解决板坯翘头问题的方法以及研究思路。

Abstract:Non-oriented silicon steel is different from plain steel in warping phenomenon during rough rolling.Some factors which may affect slab warping of non-oriented electrical steel were analyzed in this article.Phase transition is the basic reason for the difference of slab warping between non-oriented electrical steel and plain steel.By using Gleeble 1500 thermal simulation test machine,the curve of temperature-deformation resistance of Fe-1.6%Si non-oriented silicon steel had been obtained,and the effect of ph...
