"国窖1573"对慢性肾衰大鼠肾功能的影响

目的:观察“国窖1573”对慢性肾衰大鼠肾功能的影响。方法:将85只大鼠随机分组;选用腺嘌呤(250mg/kg/d)灌胃给药造模;造模及给酒期间观察大鼠一般情况及死亡情况;按试剂盒说明检测血清肌酐及尿素氮;以双肾重除以体重计算肾脏指数,并测量肾长径;观察肾组织病理学改变。结果:“国窖1573”52°、45°、38°及对照酒组各指标与生理盐水组比较,具有显著差异(p<0.05),与模型组相比无差异(p>0.05)。结论:“国窖1573”52°、45°、38°组对慢性肾衰大鼠肾功能无影响。

EFFECT OF "GUO JIAO 1573 " ON RENAL FUNCTION IN RAT WITH CHRONIC RENAL FAILURN

Objective: To investigate the effect of "Guojiao 1573" on renal function in rat with chronic renal failure.Methods: 85 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.Rat models of chronic renal failure were induced by perfusion into stomach with Adenine(250mg/kg/d).During the inducing models and taking wine,to investigate the general condition and death condition.To measare the concentration of blood serum Cr and BUN.To measure renal exponent and renal length,To investigate pathological changes of renal tissue by light microscope.Results: To compare the results of "Guojiao 1573"52 45 38 groups and contrast group with normal contrast group,there were obvious differences(p<0.05=,and with model group,there were not obvious differences(p<0.05).Conclusion: "Guojiao 1573" have no effect on renal function in rat with chronic renal failure.
