| Abstract: | The selection of partners is the basis of SCM. Owing to the fact that numerous factors are involved, a set of screening procedures should be established for the selection of partners. Nowadays, the available qualitative methods are public bidding and negotiation, and the available quantitative methods are Topsis and AHP. |
