摘    要:利用含 Al (NO3) 3,Y (NO3) 3和尿素的水溶液中无机盐的沉淀再经煅烧在 Si3N4粉料的表面包覆 Y2 O3- Al2 O3层 ,作为氮化硅烧结的助烧剂。包覆层改变了 Si3N4粉料的电动性和胶态特性 ,从而提高了 Si3N4的分散性。研究表明 ,经包覆和凝胶注模成型的方法所制备的氮化硅烧结体较冷等静压方法所获得的烧结体的抗弯强度和 Weibull模数都大大提高

Abstract:A layer of Y 2O 3 Al 2O 3, using as sintering aids, was coated on the surface of Si 3N 4 particles by precipitation of inorganic salts from a water based solution containing Al(NO 3) 3, Y(NO 3) 3 and urea The electrokinetic and colloidal characteristics of Si 3N 4 powder was greatly changed by the coating layer As a result, dispersion of Y 2O 3 Al 2O 3 coated Si 3N 4 powder is greatly increased compared to that of the original powder Surface coating as well as gelcasting process greatly improves the room temperature bending strength and Weibull modulus of the resulting ceramic bodies
