2001年煤炭市场的五大亮点

2001年,中国煤炭市场出现由供大于求到供需基本平衡、局部供应偏紧的转折,出现五大亮点即煤炭产量回升、煤炭出口增长、煤炭价格上升和煤炭库存减少、煤款拖欠下降。其主要原因是国际国内煤炭需求增加、2001年国家对煤矿进行安全专项整治和近几年来国家对煤炭行业实施关井压产、总量控制政策的累积效应。

Analysis of China's Coal Market in 2001

In 2001, there appeared the turning point from excessive coal supply to a basically balanced but locall coal supply demand increase. There are five highlights, e.g., increase of coal output, a large increase of coal export, a rise of coal price, a large decrease of coal stock, decrease of arrearages. This is due to the increase of coal demand in both domestic and overseas markets, and the policy effect that rectifies coal mine safety in 2001, and close down some small coal mines and control the total coal output in these years.
