摘    要:针对现有矿山用提升机控制机构及提升机构液压系统进行分析,设计一种泵控电液速度伺服控制系统并对主系统进行改进,增加了补油冷却系统,提高了系统的效率,也提高了速度的稳定性。

Abstract:The characteristics analysis has been made according to present hydraulic elevators used in mine control mechanism and the lifting mechanism.A kind of pump controlled liquid velocity servo control system has been designed and improved the main system.The new design not only added the feed oil cooling system,but also increased the efficiency and the velocity stability of the system.
