| Abstract: | In terms of content, petition right of real right can be divided into 3 types: ownership-right-based, right over the property of another based, and occupancy right based. In terms of ways of execution, it falls into the following categories: acknowledgement of real right, return of illegally taken possession, negatoria, prevention of violation of right, stopping infringement and claim for restitution. |
