| 摘 要： | 建立了一种快速测定淀粉磷酸酯中氮含量的分析方法,研究了显色剂用量、温度以及络合物稳定性对分析的影响。结果表明,间苯二酚法测定氮含量操作简便,准确度高、精密度好,回收率为92%～105%。含氮量在0～12μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5,线性关系良好。

| Abstract: | A simple and convenient determination method of nitrogen content in starch phosphate is established.The effects of reagent dosage,temperature and complex stability on analysis were studied.The results showed that the resorcinol method has good precision and accuracy.The determination recovery is 92%～105%,the linear range of the method are 0～12 μg/mL,the coefficient of correlation is 0.999 5. |
