摘    要:国有企业作为我国国民经济的支柱和主体部分,对我国的社会主义性质和经济发展有着十分重要的意义。因此,国有企业改革成败与否,对我国经济能否实现快速稳定健康发展起着关键作用。在国有企业管理制度改革中,人力资源管理的变革不仅关系到国有企业改革的成败,更关系到国有企业长期的发展。本文仅就国有企业人力资源管理的现状及问题,尝试通过对其原因的分析,提出相应的对策和解决方法。

Abstract:As the backbone and major part Chinese national economy, the state -owned enterprises play very important role on the development of our nafion's economy and the socialist nature. So success of their reform has great affect to the fast, steady and healthy development of our nation. In the process of their reform, the reform of human resource management is a key part of them. This article tries to analyze the present situation and problem existing in the human resource management of state - owned enterprises, and puts forward some countermeasures and solutions.
