T1系超导材料的研究
摘    要:本文从热力学角度,研究了T1系超导材料结晶相的形成。用x射线衍分析,红外光谱及R-T曲线测量,研究了其电学性能及结构分析,通过对工艺的研究制备出了Tc=122K的T1系起导材料。

Abstract:In this paper, the formation of crystalline phase of T1 system supercoducting materials isStudied from the point of view of thermodynamics. Its electrical properties and structure were Studiedby x-ray diffraction, Infrared spectrum and R-T curve measurement. The T1 system superconductingmaterials with Tc=122K has been prepared by controlling technological parameters.
