非晶丝微磁化线圈磁电阻抗效应研究

摘    要:本文研究了铁基及钴基非晶态合金丝在由微磁经线圈所产生的轴向交变磁场的作用下所呈现的磁电阻抗效应,经出了一些测试结果,结果表明,微磁化线圈两端的电压信号峰-峰值随轴向外磁场He的增加而单调减少,钴基非晶丝可呈现巨磁电阻抗效应,利用该效应可制成新型磁敏元件及器件。

Abstract:In this paper,the magnetic impedance effect in both Fe based and Co based amorphous wire coils is investigated as the two kinds of wires are under the influence of axial alternating magnetization fields produced by micro magnetization coils.The test results are given.The experimental results show that the peak to peak value of the voltage signal taken from the ends of the micro magnetization coil decreases with the increasing of the external axial magnetic field,and the Co based amorphous wire presents a giant magnetic impedance effect.This effect can be used to construct new magnetic sensitive elements and devices.
