CDY模糊相似优先比在工程施工评标中的应用

评标是一个集技术、安全、管理、经济等多门学科于一体的综合性问题,选择合适的工程评标方法,体现招标投标的公正合理竞争性具有非常重大的意义。现行的工程评标方法不够科学,带有很大的主观性和随机性,本文建立了模糊相似优先比理论评标模型,最大限度地满足招标文件的要求,减少了主观性和随机性,使评标结果更加规范化、合理化。

Application of Fuzzy Similarity Priority Ratio Method in Bid Evaluation of Construction Engineering

Bid evaluation is an integrated issue including technology, safety, management and economy. The proper bid evaluation method is very important for fairly and reasonable competition, the existing bid evaluation method is not scientific enough with larger subjectivity and randomness, this article established a bid evaluation model based on Fuzzy Similarity Priority Ratio method, which can decrease the subjectivity and randomness and make the result more standard and reasonable.
