| 摘 要： | 为减少纱线毛羽对后工序的影响,通过在络筒工序加装喷嘴的方法,有效地减少纱线毛羽的产生,降低纱疵,提高纱线的外观质量,对后道工序有很大帮助;但空气的压力、喷嘴的喷孔角度、方向也影响喷嘴的效果,合理的工艺参数需进一步探索.

| Abstract: | In order to lessen the impact of hairiness on the rear process,nozzle add-on is an effective way lessening hairiness with less defected yarn,gaining higher yarn quality.It is helpful for the rear process.Air pressure,angle and orientation of the nozzle are very close to the nozzle performance.The proper specifcations should be probed into. |
