摘    要:变磁场测量(ACFM)是近年兴起的可以定量的无损检测技术,为实现该检测方法,设计了由矩形激励线圈和正方体检测线圈构成的三维ACFM传感器激励和感应空间磁场的变化,提出了利用正交型锁相放大器(LIA)的信号检测方法实现传感器的每个方向毫伏级变化的微弱感应电压信号的精确测量。并在此基础上建立了基于频率扫描技术的缺陷识别模型,结果表明:该检测方法达到了对三维磁场微弱感应信号测量和对任意走向裂纹识别的目的。

Abstract:Alternative current field measurement developed in recent years is a new nondestructive testing method for detecting defects.In order to realize the flaw recognition,a special sensor which is composed of a rectangle exciting coil and a foursquare is designed to excite and induce the change of magnetic field,and a method based on the orthogonal LIA is applied to measure the mV-level change of the weak-induced voltage signal.A flaw-recognition model based on the sweep-frequency technology is founded through the measurement.The result shows that the method can realize the measurement of the magnetic field and the recognition of arbitrary direction flaw.
