| 摘 要： | 本文研究了合成蔗糖－6－乙酸酯中采用薄层色谱法对反应进程的监控,表明采用丙酮－乙酸乙酯－冰乙酸－DMF作展开剂可较好地分离6－位及4－位蔗糖乙酸酯。

| Abstract: | In the synthesis of sucrose-6-acetic ester,the authors have made the researchment that relates to supervise the reaction process with thin-layer chromatography.It shows that it is easy to seperate sucrose-6-acetic ester from sucrose-4-acetic ester,using acetone-ethyl acetate-acetic acid as unfolding agent. |
