| 摘 要： | 石家庄市是我国燃煤污染最严重的城市之一。本文针对该市燃煤污染物的部门来源，提出了分部门治理的观点，分析了各部门治理措施的经济技术可行性。文章最终得出结论：在充分依靠科技进步的前提下，石家庄市能够取得环境和发展的双赢效果，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Shjiazhuang is one of the most heavily coal-combusting-polluted cities in today's China. Oriented from the division source of the pollution, this paper brings forward the opinion of division preventing, and expounds the technical and economical feasibility of preventing methods in each division. Then the article has a conclusion that the city could obtain both the economy prosperity and the environment protection, thus achieve the sustainable development in the future. |
