| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种球形壳聚糖的制备方祛,阐释了壳聚糖盐酸溶液滴在氢氧化钠—甲醇—水凝结液中的成球机理,分析了成球的影响因素和采用不同交联方法得到的交联球的性能,初步探讨了球形壳聚糖作为α—淀粉酶固定化载体的可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces'a method to prepare the glo-bate and the hollow globate chitosan proposes, the mechanism of forming the globe and analyses the factors of effects of forming the globle and the properties of cross - linked globe by using different crosslinking methods; roughly discusses the feasibility that the globate chitosan was used as immobilized 1, 4 - D - glucan glucanhydroluse. |
