| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了新型１６位单片观８０ｃ１９６ｋｃ，其中主要介绍了它的ｐｔｓ的功能。并提出了一种利用该功能在对电力参数采样时增加采样频率的方法，应用这一方法可以提高以８０ｃ１９６ｋｃ为主机的电力参数计量装置的精度。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the new single-chip microcontroller 80cl96kc and it's PTS(Peripheral Transaction Server) are introduced. A method increasing sample frequency in measurement electrical power parameters is also proposed. Using this method,the accuracy of power parameters measurement equipment with 80cl96kc will be improved. |
