炉外精炼还原型渣对电熔再结合镁铬砖侵蚀的研究

摘    要:精炼还原期耐火衬遭受的侵蚀相当严重,而且不同的还原剂对其的侵蚀也不相同.采用动态方法,在实验室中研究了还原型精炼渣的组成及其对精炼炉常用的电熔再结合镁铬砖侵蚀的影响,讨论了有利于提高镁铬砖衬寿命的造渣制度.

Abstract:Refractory lining is greatly and differently corroded by varying reductants during reduction period. The component of reducing slag and its effect on electrocast rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks usually used in refining furnaces are studied at laboratory by dynamic method. The slagging schedules benefit to prolong the life of magnesia-chrome bricks are discussed.
