盒形件反挤变形的上限分析

摘    要:本文利用两种变形流动模式求出了盒形件反挤时的动可容速度场 ,导出了计算各类盒形件 (矩形、方形、正多边形、椭圆形及圆形盒形件 )反挤压力的通用公式 ,并从上限解的分析中获得了对工艺设计有参考价值的结果。研究表明 ,由所得公式计算的变形力与实验结果基本符合。

Abstract:In this paper,the kinematically admissible velocity fields are determined by two kinds of metal flow patterns and the general formula for calculating the punch pressures in cold extrusion of various kinds of box|shaped products(such as rectangle、square、regular、polygon、ellipse or circle) are derived through the total power compute and optimization of the height of deforming zone.The value results for the design of extrusion technology are obtained by the analysis of upper|bound solution.The research shows that the extrusion force calculated by upper|bound solution in this paper is very close to the experimental value.
