摘    要:针对水泵风机采用恒速节流调节运行时存在浪费大量电能的问题,吉林油田水厂选用液粘调速装置改造水泵机组后,通过改变水泵和风机转速调整水量、风量,使轴功率大幅度降低,节约大量电能,经济效益可观。

Abstract:When water pump or fan runs at invariable speed for throttling,it wastes a lot of energy.After install Hydroviscous variable speed drives,it adjust the quantum of water by changing run-speed of the water pump,so that axletree power of water pump reduces observably.These drives save a great deal of energy,the energy-saving ratio achieves 38.9%,economic profit is very considerable.
