激光技术在印制电路板行业的应用

摘    要:激光作为一种新的加工工具,为印制电路产业的发展起到了很好的促进作用。与传统的加工方法比较,激光加工具有清洁、高效、精细的特点,随着电路板向轻、薄、小的方向发展,激光在印制电路行业的应用也会越来越普遍。文章对目前在PCB行业的激光应用作了一些简单的介绍,并希望通过这样的介绍,印制电路板厂家能对激光这一新型工具有更清楚的认识且能用来解决自己制程上的问题。

Abstract:Laser is a new working tool, the PCB machine manufacturing'company developed many different laser machine that play a role of promoting PCB industry development for PCB application with their great effort. Compared with traditional processing method, laser processing has some characters, such as clean, high efficiency, fine, etc. With the development of PCB toward light, sheet, small, laser machine will be used in PCB industry more and more popular. This paper introduces the laser application in PCB industry, and hope that many PCB makers can come to understand the laser processing method and its advantages, and solve the problem in their PCB process.
