微波辐射下稀酸催化杉木木屑水解研究

摘    要:利用木质纤维素类生物质生产燃料乙醇已成为研究热点,以杉木木屑为生物质原料,分别以稀硫酸、稀盐酸、稀磷酸为水解催化剂,对木质纤维素在微波辐射条件下的稀酸催化水解工艺进行了研究,通过正交试验方法考察了酸浓度、固含量、反应压力以及反应时间等因素对水解过程的影响,得到了以还原糖得率为指标的优化工艺条件,在优化条件下,进行平行实验,考察了微波辐射对水解过程的影响。

Abstract:The production of fuel ethanol from lignocellulose is the frontline in biomass-based energy fields.In this experiment,fir chips was used as biomass raw materials,and dilute hydrochloric acid,dilute sulphuric acid,or dilute phosphoric acid used as hydrolysis catalyst,and the hydrolysis of fir chips in dilute acid under microwave irradiation was studied.The effects of four main factors including acid concentration,total solids content,reaction time and reaction pressure on the hydrolysis of fir chips were inv...
