白腐菌预处理木屑产漆酶条件的优化及其糖化评价

摘    要:对白腐菌固态发酵预处理木屑的工艺条件进行了优化,并对经过白腐菌预处理木屑的糖化效果进行了评价。结果表明,白腐菌固态发酵产漆酶的工艺条件为:1 kg木屑中需添加麦麸120 g,氮酒石酸铵60 g,料水比0.28,微量元素的用量为7 mL/L,培养时间为3 d,白腐菌产漆酶的酶活最高。在最佳工艺条件下,经白腐菌生物预处理的木屑的糖化率可以提高1倍,生物预处理木屑具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:The technical conditions of wood chips pretreated by white-rot fungi solid fermentation had been optimized as follows: 120g wheat bran added in per kg wood chips as carbon source and 60 g tartaric acid ammonium added as nitrogen source,the ratio of raw materials and water was 0.28,the use level of trace elements was 7 ml/L,and culture time was 3 d.Besides,the saccharifying effects of wood chips were evaluated.Under the above conditions,the activity of the produced laccase was the highest and the saccharifyi...
