| Abstract: | The development of liquor flavor types is the necessary results of social development.In this paper,the development process of full-bodied-flavor liquor including Jiugui liquor and Xiangquan liquor was reviewed.And the inner meaning of full-bodied-flavor liquor was elaborated from the angle of historical and cultural backgrounds,production techniques characteristics,liquor sensory characteristics,and flavoring compositions characteristics etc. |
