摘    要:在我国能源日趋紧的情况下,节能降耗就显得尤为突出。在这种形势下,除了对玻璃窑炉进行全保温外,还应考虑到热煤气输送管道距离长、管道直径大、表面散热高等现实因素。本文通过对热煤气输送管道保温技术的初步探讨,提高了煤气进入窑内的温度、显热;进一步提高煤气的利用率,同时为提高煤气的质量和提高煤气燃烧传热效率提供了前提条件。
